SmartAdjust™ can automatically change your -3% to 12% incline and your 0-12 MPH speed based on your workout history and performance for a hands-free, immersive experience. Connect a heart rate monitor using Bluetooth® and turn on iFIT’s ActivePulse™ feature so that the automatic treadmill adjustments change based on your target heart rate zone. The built-in AutoBreeze™ Fans automatically adjust their blowing power to match your workout intensity so you can stay cool during the toughest moments. Whether you prefer using your own Bluetooth® headphones or using the treadmill’s two 2” speakers, you’ll be able to listen to music and your trainer at the same time. When you’re ready to follow expert-led yoga and strength workouts, rotate your monitor and follow along next to your treadmill. Once your workout is over, you can fold the treadmill easily using the hydraulic EasyLift™ assist. When you’re ready to workout around the world, gently press on the EasyLift™ bar below the treadmill with your foot and let the treadmill lower itself to the ground.
