Air Purifier filters last up to 9 months with RealTrack, which calculates lifespan based on fan speed, usage, and pollution. Replace the humidifier wick every 6 months and rinse weekly. Get filter alerts via LED or the app.
No you don’t! Thanks to the wick filter, you can use tap water with confidence as it traps minerals and pollutants.
First, turn off your device. For top-fill model, gently pour water into the top until it reaches the max fill line. For bucket-fill models, remove the tank, fill it with water, and pop it back in place. Once it’s filled, turn it back on.
The humidifier can run up to 48 hours but will vary depending on the mode, room size and temperature.
